Main Project Aims

A condition of receiving funding from SWWAB is the production of a report every six months describing our activities and achievements. A copy of the September 2014 report is here. It shows that the level of spend was within budget and that good progress had been made. Voluntary effort is a major factor in our success so far. However, the tasks remaining demand the greatest resources and the spend commitment profile reflects this increase in the next period.

Did you get here through the QR Code in the November ‘Mere Matters’? If so, send us an email and tell us your impressions of the site and our activities.

VISIT WILTSHIRE  is a county organization to promote Wiltshire tourism. The Project has funded a year’s subscription for which the area will receive coverage nationwide both in print publications and online. Local businesses, shops and accommodation providers have supported this initiative. Make our visitors welcome, as is traditional in Mere.

We need more participation from Semley and Maiden Bradley. If you are from there and would like to help, please contact us .
